CM asks NAC to train 1 lakh youth per year

HYDERABAD: Chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy has asked National Academy of Construction (NAC) to train at least one lakh youth per year in different trades of the construction sector as part of the Rajiv Education and Employment Mission (REEM) which is proposed to be launched soon in the state.The NAC authorities were asked to chalk out a comprehensive action plan in this regard and the government assured necessary support including funding. The chief minister who is the chairman of the NAC, chaired the 17th governing board meeting at his chambers in the Secretariat on Thursday.
