Children sustain injuries in mud slide

BANGALORE: Two boys sustained minor injuries after a portion of mud slidedon them during laying of BIA Road on Friday morning.Five-year-old Balaswamy and seven-year-old Gurumurthy, children of labourers, were injured in the incident.The police said that  a fly-over near Yelahanka bridge was under construction and the children were playing in the site. Accidentally, mud slided on the kids and the duo sustained injuries. The labourers rushed to save them and took them out of the heap of mud. The kids were admitted to a hospital after the incident. Later, they were shifted to a private hospital.Yelahanka police has registered a case.
