BEFI Stages Dharna

KOCHI:Bank employees under the aegis of the Bank Employees Federation of India (BEFI) staged a dharna in front of Union Bank of India, Ernakulam branch, on Friday.Former minister S Sarma inaugurated the dharna held as part of the nation-wide agitation to protest against the reforms introduced by the Union Governmentin the banking sector.K V George, general secretary, BEFI, spoke.
