Acharya for court on May 28

HYDERABAD: The CBI court on Thursday directed the prison officials to produce suspended IAS officer BP Acharya, who is presently lodged in the Chanchalguda prison, after his arrest in the Emaar land scam, before the court on May 28 in connection with Kadapa MP YS Jagan’s illegal assets case in which Acharya is also an accused.The CBI earlier served notices on the accused in the first chargesheet filed by the CBI in the assets case.Notices were served on Jagan also and all the accused have to appear before court on May 28.
