A teenage girl from a backward community was allegedly gangraped in Reoti area here, police said on Thursday.
The incident took place on Aug 12 night when the girl was gangraped by three persons, who later fled threatening her of dire consequences, Additional Superintendent of Police, K C Goswami said.
An FIR in this regard was registered against one Bua Yadav and two others.
The main accused has been arrested by the police while search is on the nab others, they said.
