Manchester: Manchester City avoided a major FA Cup shock by coming from two goals down with a half-hour remaining to beat second-tier Watford 4-2 in the fourth round on Saturday, with Sergio Aguero leading the recovery with a hat-trick.
City's 100 per cent domestic winning record at home this season looked like disappearing when Watford, languishing in the bottom half of the League Championship, took a 2-0 lead after 30 minutes at Etihad Stadium.
However, Aguero sparked the comeback with clinical finishes in the 60th and 79th before Aleksandar Kolarov put City in front in the 87th. Aguero completed his hat-trick in injury time.
Liverpool reached the last 16 by beating second-tier Bournemouth 2-0 while Kidderminster - the only non-league team in the last 32 - lost 1-0 at Sunderland.
