The results of the TN HSE revaluation 2024 will be made public by the Directorate of General Education, Tamil Nadu (TNDGE), today, June 18. The Tamil Nadu Class 12 revaluation result 2024 can be downloaded on the official website, dge.tn.gov.in, for those who sought re-totalling of their marks. To view the TN HSE revaluation and retotalling results for 2024, students must provide their login credentials, which include exam roll numbers and birth dates. Students who were disappointed with their Tamil Nadu Class 12 results issued on May 6 could apply for revaluation and retotalling.

Re-totaling involves recalculating the marks and reviewing any unchecked responses to ensure correct scoring. The re-totaling of the Tamil Nadu Board 12th result in 2024 required payment of an application fee of Rs 205 for each subject and Rs 305 for subjects having two papers.

TN HSE Revaluation Results 2024: Steps to Check

Step 1: Go to dge.tn.gov.in, the official website of the Tamil Nadu HSE.

Step 2: From the homepage, select the Results tab.

Step 3: You will be led to a new webpage. Select the link for the HSE Revaluation and Re-totaling Result 2024.

Step 4: In the resulting login screen, enter your birthdate and roll number.

Step 5: Proceed by clicking the submit button.

Step 6: The scorecard and the results of the Tamil Nadu 12th revaluation in 2024 will be shown on the screen.

Step 7: Download the Tamil Nadu 12th revaluation online marks statement to your device.

In all, 94.56 per cent of students cleared the class 12 HSE tests. In terms of passing rates, girls recorded a pass percentage of 96.44 per cent, while boys recorded a passing rate of 92.37 per cent.

Among the 7,60,606 students who took the TN HSE Class 12 examinations, 7,19,196 were considered qualified. The figures for this year show that 96.35 per cent of students who took the science stream’s class 12 exam passed, 92.46 per cent of students who took the commerce stream’s class 12 exam passed, and 85.67 per cent of students who took the arts stream’s test passed.

To pass the Class 12 examinations, all students must achieve at least 35 marks out of 100 in each subject. The board released the Class 12 results on May 8, 2023, with an overall passing rate of 94.03 per cent.
