Jharkhand High Court has invited applications for Clerk/ Assistant posts and eligible candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of the High Court at www.jharkhandhighcourt.nic.in. The applications are open till May 9.

High Court of Jharkhand has invited applicants to fill 410 vacant posts. The most essential requirement for applying for the posts is that the candidate must have a graduation degree from any recognised university. Institution knowledge of computer operation is essential. The age of the candidate should be between 21 to 35 years in the case of unreserved and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), but for the reserved category, there are relaxations, as per the rules.

The maximum age for Backward Classes 1 (BC 1) and Backward Classes 2 (BC 2) is 37, 38 years if a candidate is a female belonging to Un-reserved, EWS, B.C.-I and B.C.-II category and 40 years in case of Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Scheduled Castes (SC) category (for both Male & Female).

What is the application fee?

Candidates belonging to the general category or EWS will have to pay a fee of Rs 500 to apply for these posts at Jharkhand High Court. The fee for the SC/ST category has been fixed at Rs 125.

To apply for the vacancies in the Jharkhand High Court, candidates need to visit the official website of the High Court, www.jharhandhighcourt.nic.in. On the home page of the official website, the candidate will have to click on Recruitment. Then, they can register themselves by clicking on the Apply online link. Candidates can submit the form by filling out relevant details.

How will the selection take place?

For the post of clerk in Jharkhand’s High Court, candidates will have to appear for a written examination. They also need to clear the skill test and the interview. Candidates who finally get selected will get a salary ranging from Rs 25,500 to Rs 81,100 every month.
