HPPSC Jobs 2024: Apply For Tehsildar, District Controller And Other Posts; Check Last Date

Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) is inviting online applications for SDM, Administrative Tehsildar, District Panchayat Officer, District Controller and other posts across various departments. It has released a total vacancy of 26 seats for the same. Interested candidates can apply for the position through the official website of HPPSC – http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/. It has released a vacancy of 9 seats for the Tehsildar post, followed by eight posts for HP Administrative service, three posts each for District Welfare Probation Officer and Assistant Registrar Officer. Through this recruitment drive, the commission also aims to fill one vacant seat for a District Panchayat Officer and two seats for a District Controller position in the Food, Civil and Consumer Affairs department. The last date to apply is May 2.

HPPSC Recruitment 2024: How To Apply

Step 1: Visit the official website – http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the recruitment link.

Step 3: Register yourself after submitting your basic contact information like contact number and Aadhar card details.

Step 4: Access the application form with your registered ID and password.

Step 5: Select your preferred post and fill out the application form with your required details.

Step 6: Upload your necessary documents.

Step 7: Pay the application fee if required.

Step 8: Submit and download the application form.

The application fee for the general category and OBC is Rs 600. For SC, and ST category candidates it is Rs 150. The Ex-servicemen of Himachal Pradesh are barred from paying the application fee. The minimum age required for the recruitment is 21 years, while the maximum age is 35 years to become eligible for the posts. The salary of the posts will range from Rs 46,000 to 1,77,500 as per the qualification and experience.

Selection of the candidates will be done in three stages. The appearing candidates will be filtered through a preliminary examination, which will be followed by the Mains examination and interview. The tentative date for the HPPSC recruitment preliminary exam is June 30. It will be conducted in two sessions from 10:00 am to 12:00 Noon and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
