The Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) will soon roll out the results of the Combined Entrance Examination (Assam CEE 2024). As per the university’s official notification, the Assam CEE results will be released on June 18. Once the result is made public, candidates who took the exam can visit the official website of Assam Science and Technology University at astu.ac.in and download their results.
“Results of CEE-2024 are likely to be declared on 18th June, 2024,” read the notification.
The Assam CEE 2024 examination was conducted by the university on June 2. The test for 2024 was administered offline in pen-and-paper mode. The Assam CEE 2024 exam consisted of objective multiple-choice questions and was divided into three sections: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
There were 120 questions in total, and the exam was worth 480 marks. The test, held in English or Assamese, lasted 3 hours. Moreover, there were 40 questions each from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. For every correct answer, candidates are awarded four marks and one mark is deducted as a penalty for each wrong answer.

The Assam CEE result 2024 will consist of the name of the candidate, father’s name, mother’s name, roll number, date of birth, Assam CEE scores, qualifying status and passing division. In case of any discrepancies, students must immediately contact the exam authority for rectification to avoid future confusion.
Meanwhile, the Assam CEE is being conducted for admissions into the 1st semester of BTech Programmes in the Engineering Colleges of Assam for the academic year 24–25. The Combined Entrance Examination (CEE)-2024 shall be administered by the Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU), Guwahati, for admission to the Engineering Colleges of Assam.
