Australians 131 for 4 in 36 overs: It is stumps on second day. Australians have lost four wickets in the last session which put India A in a commendable position. Jalaj Saxena and Rakesh Dhruv picked up two wickets each. Matthew Wade and Moises Henriques are at the crease. Earlier, India A made a huge 451 based on Gautam Gambhir's 112 and Manoj Tiwary's 129.
Australians 127 for 4 in 30 overs: Australians are in profound trouble as their fourth wicket is down. Dhruv picked up the big fish Watson. He departs after scoring a destructive 84. Just before that Jalaj Saxena got rid of Usman Khawaja for 1 as he disturbed the timber.

Australians 119 for 2 in 25 overs: Double blow for Australians. Ed Cowan and Phillip Hughes are back in the hut. Rakesh Dhruv picked Cowan first as he trapped him in front of the stumps. Jalaj Saxena gave India A their second success as he drove Hughes out of his crease and M Gautam made no mistake to shatter the stumps.

Australians 78 for 0 in 16 overs: Shane Watson reaches his fifty. None of the India A bowlers could make any impact. Both the openers are batting belligerently. India A Captain Gautam Gambhir looks bit clueless at the moment.
Australians 50 for 0 in 11 overs: The Australian openers - Shane Watson and Ed Cowan - picked up the pace after seeing off the initial overs. Both played some attacking strokes as the India A bowlers erred in their line and length. Watson struck five fours, while Cowan had four boundaries to his name.
Australians 17 for 0 in 5 overs: Shane Watson and Ed Cowan made a cautious start for the Australians after India A were bowled out for 451. Both Watson and Cowan hit two boundaries each. Vinay Kumar and Dhawal Kulkarni started the proceedings for the hosts.

India A 451 all out in 128.4 overs: Nathan Lyon picked up the last India A wicket, with Dhawal Kulkarni getting caught by Ed Cowan. India A lost their last four wickets for just five runs. Jalaj Saxena remained unbeaten on 30. Lyon finished with 2 for 113, while Xavier Doherty and Ashton Agar ended with 3 for 108 and 3 for 107 respectively. Tea was taken with the end of Indian innings.

First he had Rakesh Dhurv - who played a cameo of 21, including three sixes, in just 18 balls - caught in the deep when he tried a slog sweep, then he got Vinay Kumar caught by Ed Cowan, but Manpreet Gony played and missed the next delivery to deny Agar a glory moment. But Gony didn't last long as he got out attempting a slog sweep.

India 437 for 6 in 120 overs: Manoj Tiwary departed after a magnificent innings of 129. The right-hander, attempting a sweep, skied Nathan Lyon and was taken cleanly by Xavier Doherty. But an impressive showing nevertheless by Tiwary, who is hoping for a Test call-up.

India A 409 for 5 in 115 overs: Manoj Tiwary hit three more boundaries after reaching his hundred, while Jalaj Saxena played the right foil, blocking everything mostly and giving Tiwary the strike whenever possible. The Aussie spinners have failed to make much impact.
India A 391 for 5 in 109 overs: Century for Manoj Tiwary. A power-packed knock by the Bengal batsman, who got to the landmark by smashing left-arm spinner Xavier Doherty for four and six. It took him 149 balls to reach his 18th first-class ton. The 201-minutes knock included 15 fours and two maximums.
India A 348 for 5 in 95 overs: Peter Siddle got C Gautam (38) caught behind when the batsman tried to pull a short ball. First strike for Australia on day two as play resumed after a rain delay. Gautam added four more runs to his overnight score of 34. The wicket also ended Gautam's 74 runs partnership with Manoj Tiwary, who is batting on 83.

Riding on Gambhir's 112, along with solid half-centuries from Rohit Sharma and Manoj Tiwary, India A batsmen dominated the proceedings for the better part of the 90 overs to take the hosts to 338 for four at stumps. En route his 33rd first-class century, Gambhir faced 162 deliveries hitting 13 fours and three sixes.
Rohit was fluent during his innings of 77 while Tiwary, who recently made a comeback in competitive cricket after injury lay-off, also looked good for a big one as he was batting on 77.
