Thalapathy Vijay is arguably one of the finest actors in Tamil cinema. Not only his sea of fans but the Varisu star is equally loved by his contemporaries and industry friends. Younger celebrities too treat him with much respect and adoration. Walking along a similar vein, recently, an old picture of Thalapathy Vijay holding a little girl in his hands has gone viral on the internet. She is none other than, television actress Hima Bindhu.
Hima is best known for playing the character Sahana in the 2020 drama series Idhayathai Thirudathe. The now-viral picture was originally dropped by Hima on Instagram on Thalapathy Vijay’s 46th birthday on June 22, 2020.
Wishing Thalapathy Vijay a happy birthday in the throwback post, Hima Bindu wrote, “D 1 & 1ly precious irreplaceable days with u Vijay uncle my Thalapathy sit. Lubbb yewwww. Happy Birthday. Sending you smiles for every moment of your special day…Have a wonderful time and a very happy birthday! Love you a lot. A story behind this pic. Lot more.”

The picture captured a much younger Thalapathy Vijay holding Hima Bindhu, then a little girl in his arms. The actor sported a thick moustache and donned a black T-shirt that he teamed up with trousers. Hima was dressed in a pretty white frock and sported short hair.
Hima Bindhu seems to be an ardent fan of Thalapathy Vijay. On the occasion of Varisu’s grand audio launch event on December 24 last year, the actress made sure to mark her presence at the Nehru Stadium in Chennai. She also shared a picture standing beside a giant poster of Varisu featuring Thalapathy Vijay. Decked up in a lovely red dress, she captioned the post, “11:11.”

Apart from Idhayathai Thirudathe, Hima Bindhu has also worked in the Tamil serial Mandakini. She is currently seen in the soap opera Ilakkiya. Ilakkiya revolves around the life of a woman who finds happiness in helping others when in need. However, her life takes an unexpected turn when she comes across an industrialist’s son.
Speaking about Thalapathy Vijay, the actor was last seen in the Lokesh Kanagaraj directorial Leo. He has been roped in for director Venkat Prabhu’s tentatively titled film Thalapathy 68.
