The Meta-owned instant messaging application WhatsApp is releasing two shortcuts to quickly lock chats, allowing users to to quickly lock chats directly from the chat list.

“After installing the latest WhatsApp beta for iOS 23.24.10.78 update, which is available on the TestFlight app, we discovered that WhatsApp is rolling out these shortcuts to the iOS app as well,” WABetaInfo reported.

The report suggested that these two shortcuts will bring a significant advantage to the process of locking a conversation.
