In terms of appearance and specifications, the Poco F3 looks identical to the Redmi K40 that was launched in China last month. Both the newly launched Poco devices run on Android 11-based MIUI 12.

Poco has launched two new smartphones, the Poco X3 Pro and Poco F3 globally. Both smartphones come with a 20-megapixel front camera for selfies and support 33W fast charging solution. Notably, the Poco X3 Pro features a new Snapdragon 860 processor by Qualcomm that is designed for flagship 4G smartphones. On the other hand, the Poco F3 comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC. In terms of appearance and specifications, the phone looks identical to the Redmi K40 that was launched in China last month. Both the newly launched Poco devices run on Android 11-based MIUI 12. The Poco F3 is available in Night Black, Arctic White, and Deep Ocean colours. Poco X3 Pro comes in a Black colour finish.

Starting with the Poco X3 Pro, the smartphone features a 6.7-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch response, and 450nits of peak brightness. The screen panel comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 6 layer and a hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera. Under the hood, it packs the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 SoC coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The onboard storage is expandable up to 1TB with a microSD card. The Poco X3 Pro carries a 5,160mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging, with the charger included inside the box. Poco claims that the large battery can deliver up to 11 hours of gaming time and 18 hours of video playback time.

The quad rear camera system includes a 48-megapixel primary camera with f/1.79 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture, and two 2-megapixel shooters for macro and portrait photography. At the front, there’s a 20-megapixel snapper for selfies and video calling. Other notable features of the phone include Android 11-based MIUI 12 custom skin, LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C port for charging. The Poco X3 Pro price is starts at EUR 249 (approx Rs 21,500) for 6GB + 128GB model and EUR 299 (approx Rs 25,800) for 8GB + 256GB model. The company is also offering early bird offers.

On the other hand, the Poco F3 sports a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 360Hz touch response, and a tiny 2.76mm punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. Under the hood, it packs the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB storage that is expandable via a microSD card. It runs Android 11-based MIUI 12 custom skin out of the box. The Poco F3 carries a 4,520mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging, with the charger included inside the box. Poco claims that the phone takes less than an hour (52 minutes) to charge up to 100 percent.

Its triple rear camera system includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens, and a 5-megapixel macro lens. The Poco F3 also packs a 20-megapixel front snapper for selfies and video calling. Other notable features include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and USB Type-C for charging and data transfer. Its price starts at EUR 349 (approx Rs 30,100) for the base 6GB + 128GB and EUR 399 (approx Rs 34,400) for the 8GB + 256GB model.
