Coolpad Note 5 Lite is powered by a MediaTek MT 6735CP processor coupled with Mali T720 GPU. The device has a 5 inch HD IPS display and has a scratch resistant 2.5D curved glass atop it.

Coolpad on Thursday (March 16) launched the Coolpad Note 5 Lite at a price of Rs 8,199. The device will be exclusively available on e-commerce site Amazon.in. This addition to the Coolpad Note family features an all-metal design that is made of aluminium magnesium alloy, which the company says, makes it durable and sturdy. It will start retailing in Amazon India starting March 21 and will be available in Gold and Grey colours.

In terms of specifications, the Coolpad Note 5 Lite is powered by a MediaTek MT 6735CP processor coupled with Mali T720 GPU. The device has a 5 inch HD (720x1280 pixels) IPS display and has a scratch resistant 2.5D curved glass atop it.

The Note 5 Lite features a 13-megapixel rear camera with auto-focus and LED flash. The front snapper is an 8MP camera and it comes with flash as well.

Coolpad Note 5 Lite has 3GB RAM and 16GB internal memory that can be expanded up to 64GB using a MicroSD card. There is a also a fingerprint sensor at the rear side. Coolpad Note 5 Lite runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box with Cool UI 8.0.

In terms of connectivity, the smartphone also supports 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n. Sensors on board include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor. It is powered by a 2500mAh battery that's rated to deliver up to 200 hours of standby time, weighs 148 grams, and measures 145.3x72.3x8.7mm.
