Apple and emojis go hand in hand and the demand for these continue to increase with the number of users multiplying each year. Apple has a set formula to get the new batch of emojis rolling out and for that it relies on the Unicode Consortium to start the process of first offering the upcoming emojis in beta review before the selected few get the nod for official roll out to the public.
So, what can iPhone users expect to see from Apple and which emojis could soon be part of their keyboard armoury? Here’s a look at the seven new emojis that Apple plans to offer for iPhone users very soon.
Seven New Emojis Coming To iPhones
– Face with bag under eyes
– Fingerprint
– Leafless tree
– Root vegetable
– Harp
– Shovel
– Splatter
Some of these unique emojis will surely be an interesting addition to the catalogue for iPhone users, while the face with bag under eyes will help people give a real picture of their situation on the messages. Once the Unicode body clears these emojis, Apple will start working on the artwork for them which eventually makes its way to the public sometime next year, possibly with the iOS 18.4 update.
In the meanwhile, Apple has other busy things lined up for June with the WWDC 2024 keynote. iOS 18 is expected to bring a slew of AI features to some of the popular apps for iPhone users, which includes summarising the news, content and even transcribe audio files.
