In a big setback for the NDA government at the Centre, Uttarakhand High Court on Thursday set aside President's rule imposed in the state. The high court has ordered that the status quo on the day the president's rule notification was issued be restored in the state.
A floor test will now be conducted in the Uttarakhand Assembly on April 29. However, the rebel MLAs will not be allowed to vote that day.
