The University of Delhi PG Spot Admissions 2023 allocation list will be published tomorrow, September 23 at 10 AM. Through the Delhi University’s official website, admission.uod.ac.in, applicants who had registered for the spot admission round can view the seat allotment list. According to the timetable, the announcement of available seats for the spot round took place on September 19. The registration period for candidates ran from September 19 from 11 AM till September 21 at 4:59 PM.
From September 23, 10 AM to September 24, at 11:59 PM, candidates may accept the seat that has been assigned to them. The online applications can be verified and approved by the departments or colleges from September 23 to September 25. The deadline for candidates to submit their application fees online is September 26. To minimise delays, all candidates are recommended to accept their seats as soon as possible.
DU PG 2023 spot allocation list: How to check
Candidates can follow the steps below to check the DU PG 2023 spot seat allocation list.
Step 1: Go to admission.uod.ac.in, Delhi University’s official website.
Step 2: Click on the PG programme admission link and login.
Step 3: Once the login credentials are filled out, click the submit option.
Step 4: The DU spot seat allotment list will be visible on the screen.
Step 5: Review the DU spot seat allotment list and download it.
Step 6: Save a printed copy of the DU spot seat allotment list in case you need it in future.
According to a press release by DU, the University may announce further spot admission rounds, if deemed necessary.
The first round of seat allotment for DU PG admission was announced by the university on August 17. In the first round of seat allotments, the university received over 11,000 registrations. 6,657 applicants in total received their first choice of subject and institution.DU published a second round of allotment lists for PG admissions on August 25. Classes for Delhi University postgraduate programmes began on September 1.
In other developments, Delhi University (DU) has introduced three new PG degree programmes that do not require applicants to take an entrance exam. Candidates will be admitted to these courses based on their merit. Applicants may now apply for the MA in Hindu Studies, MA in Chinese Studies, and the PG Diploma in Cyber Security and Law until September 30, stated the University of Delhi’s official website.
