The Common Admission Test  (CAT) 2023 application correction window will be closed by the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) today, September 28, at 5 pm. The necessary corrections can be made by applicants who have already enrolled and submitted their application forms by logging not the candidate dashboard on the official website, iimcat.ac.in.

Applicants can access the student dashboard by entering their user ID and password. Candidates can only change certain information that is necessary, such as the candidate’s name, date of birth, photograph, scan of their signature, preferred test city, email ID, and mobile number, which they have provided on their CAT 2023 application form.

CAT 2023 application form: How to make corrections

Applicants can follow the steps given to edit their CAT 2023 application form and submit a corrected version of it.

Step 1: Visit the official website for the CAT 2023 at iimcat.ac.in

Step 2: Click on the candidate’s login tab available on the homepage

Step 3: A new CAT 2023 login page will appear on the screen

Step 4: Enter your required CAT 2023 login credentials on the portal

Step 5: Now, make all of the corrections in the application form and upload the correct photograph and signature (as per the requirements given)

Step 6: Submit the corrected CAT 2023 application form and download the confirmation page for future records

The CAT admit card for 2023 will be released on October 25 in accordance with the schedule. On November 26, the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow will host the CAT test 2023. Students will have 120 minutes to complete the 66-question CAT 2023. The test will be divided into three parts: verbal ability and reading comprehension (VARC), data interpretation and logical reasoning (DILR), and quantitative ability (QA).

Candidates will have 40 minutes to complete each section and will not be permitted to switch between the sections. The CAT 2023 result will be made public in the latter half of January 2024, and it will be used to determine admission to IIMs and other B-schools in India for the academic year 2024–2025.

The number of applications for the CAT 2023 exam has increased by 30% from the previous year to close to 3.3 lakh candidates seeking MBA admission at various Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) across India.
