BPSC AAO Result 2022: Assistant Audit Officer Main Result Declared at bspc.bih.nic.in

Results for the Assistant Audit Officer Main Competitive Examination were released today, December 5 by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BSPC). These exams were conducted by the BSPC from November 5 to November 7 2022 across multiple examination centres in Patna, Bihar. Candidates who appeared for the main written exams can now check their results on the official website of the commission at bspc.bih.nic.in. It has been reported that a total of 363 candidates have successfully passed the examination. They have now been to attend the next stage of the selection process which is the interview.

Among the 363 selected candidates, 137 were under the unreserved category while 37 of them belonged to the economically weaker section. A total of 55 candidates were under Scheduled Caste and five under Scheduled Tribe. Another 69 candidates were under extremely backward class, 50 under backward class and 10 under backward class women. The provision of horizontal reservation based on disability declared five visually handicapped, three deaf-mute, 3 locomotor handicapped and 1 mentally handicapped candidate as successful. Another set of eight candidates belonging to the grandchild of former freedom fighters of Bihar category were passed. Out of them, seven secured the required merit in their respective categories while one was declared successful based on horizontal reservation.

Prelims – One objective-type paper that carries 150 marks

Mains exam – Three compulsory subjects and one optional that carry a total of 1000 marks.

Step 1 – First, you will have to visit the official Bihar Public Service Commission website at bspc.bih.nic.in.

Step 2 – In the next step, you will have to open the homepage and then click on the AAO Main 2022 result link.

Step 3 – Now a PDF file of the result should be displayed on your screen.

Step 4 – Look for your identification number and then download the result.

Step 5 – It is ideal to take out a printout for future reference.

The final selection of the candidates for the post of Assistant Audit Officer will be done based on interviews. The commission has yet to release the official dates for the personality test and interview.
