Prabhas Wax Statue To Be Removed From Museum In Mysore After Baahubali Producer Complaint
Earlier in the day, Baahubali producer Shobu Yarlagadda shared his dissatisfaction, which has gone viral.

Prabhas has been grabbing all attention today following his wax museum which has been installed in Mysore today. The statue was installed at the Chamundeshwari Celebrity Wax Museum. But after seeing the statue, Baahubali producer Shobu Yarlagadda shared his dissatisfaction, which has gone viral. He has threatened to take steps against this. Seeing his reaction, the museum owner has decided to remove the statue.

ET Times quoted him saying, “The producer vented his ire over the statue. As we don’t want to hurt anyone’s sentiment, we will be removing the statue.” Earlier in the day, Producer  Yarlagadda took to X, dropped the photo of the Prabhas wax statue and penned a note. “This is not an officially licensed work and was done without our permission or knowledge. We will be taking immediate steps to get this removed.”

Baahubali films are co-written and directed by SS Rajamouli and produced jointly by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni under the banner of Arka Media Works. Apart from Prabhas, the movies also feature Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah, Ramya Krishnan, Sathyaraj and Nassar in pivotal roles. The film was divided into two parts, one released in 2015 and the other in 2017. Both films were a huge success and received immense appreciation from the viewers.

Prabhas was last seen in the mythological action film Adipurush. The movie is based on the Hindu epic Ramayana. It was directed and co-written by Om Raut and was backed by T-Series and Retrophiles. The film also starred Saif Ali Khan, Kriti Sanon, Sunny Singh and Devdatta Nage. Adipurush was released on June 16 but tanked at the box office.

Prabhas will be next seen in thriller film, Salaar: Part 1: Ceasefire. The film is written and directed by Prashanth Neel and produced by Vijay Kiragandur. Apart from Prabhas, it also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu and Tinnu Anand. The music is composed by Ravi Basrur and the cinematography is handled by Bhuvan Gowda.
