Katrina Kaif Keeps It Comfy In A Sweatshirt As She Heads Out Of Town For Merry Christmas Promotions; Watch

Katrina Kaif will soon be seen in the highly anticipated thriller Merry Christmas. Helmed by Sriram Raghavan, she would be seen sharing screen space with Vijay Sethupathi. Ahead of the film’s release, the makers have now flagged off the promotional activities. Having said that, today morning, the actress was seen heading out of town for the same. The shutterbugs captured Katrina at the airport.

Katrina sported a no-make up look. She kept it comfy and casual in a black and white striped oversized T-shirt which she teamed with baggy denims. She completed her look with black shades and waved at the paparazzi donning one of her brightest smiles.

Katrina recently made headlines, when she responded to a reporter who labeled her ‘just a glamour doll’ during the press conference of Merry Christmas. The actress was quite startled when the reporter stated that her portrayal of Zoya in Tiger 3 was more like ‘a glamour doll’. Katrina’s epic reply has now become the talk of the town.

During the press conference, a media personnel asked her what it’s like to play a ‘nuanced character,’ as opposed to ‘just a glamour role’ in Maneesh Sharma’s 2023 spy thriller Tiger 3.

“I see things a little differently, perhaps. I actually believe the character of Zoya is one of the strongest roles I’ve ever had the chance to play, especially in Tiger 3. It was so nuanced and well-written by Maneesh Sharma. I thoroughly enjoyed portraying that character,” Katrina said.

The trailer of Merry Christmas was widely loved by fans and critics. The movie is all set to hit the theatres on January 12.

In an exclusive conversation with News18, Katrina had earlier opened up about her experience working with Vijay and Sriram. “I was extremely excited to be working with Sriram sir and Vijay sir. When we came together in a room, we came just as themselves and we instantly were able to connect. The minute Vijay sir started speaking about the scene, it was fascinating for me. I thought, ‘This is a person who views things in such a unique way.’ Sriram sir has a very unique take on everything he does including the way he sees stories and people. We came together to find a rhythm and our own way of working and bringing the script to life,” she shared.
