Bit*hy The beloved couch is back with its most loved and versatile host Karan Johar as Hotstar Specials’ Koffee with Karan returns for season 8. To spice up your life and bring you closer to your favorite stars, this time the conversations will be edgier, crazier and candid with no room to escape. Dropping new episodes every Thursday exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar, viewers will be on a whirlwind journey of getting up close and personal with celebrities.
This time around gracing the couch will be some of the top talent from Indian Film Industry – Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Sara Ali Khan, Ananya Pandey, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Rani Mukherjee, Kajol, Ajay Devgn, Rohit Shetty to name a few, leaving us wanting for more. Bigger and better, season 8 introduces some new unseen, unheard segments as the producer, director, actor and show host Karan Johar is set for unfiltered and candid conversations. From the iconic rapid fire segment, this season also features new additions like the Imposter game, Koffee wrecktangle, Kwiz & tell and Ask me Anything with Karan.
In the new promo that has dropped, Kajol can be heard telling Karan, “Humble is not your middle name”. To this, a shocked Karan says, “How bitchy!”
In 2016, Karan and Kajol’s relationship was soured during the release of two major films: Karan’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Kajol’s husband Ajay Devgn’s Shivaay. However, in February 2017, Karan became a father to twins, Yash and Roohi, named after his parents. Slowly but surely, relations began to improve between Kajol and Karan, leading to a point where Ajay and Kajol appeared as guests on Season 6 of Karan’s talk show, Koffee With Karan. And now, it looks like Kajol, known for her candid nature, is back on the couch for big revelations! This time, Kajol will appear with hubby dearest Ajay and his best friend, director Rohit Shetty.
