Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan’s wedding festivities have kicked off in Udaipur with full fervour. After an intimate ceremony in Mumbai recently, Ira Khan and her long-time Nupur Shikhare are tying the knot in Udaipur. The festivities started with the mehendi ceremony and now a new video has surfaced from later in the evening in which the couple can seen dancing together.

In the latest video, Ira could be seen smiling as she danced with Nupur. What made this extra special was that Aamir Khan’s ex-wife Kiran Rao was singing live for their performance. Ira looked gorgeous in a black dress with her hair tied in a slick ponytail. Meanwhile, Nupur looked dapper a sweater vest worn over a shirt and trousers.

Earlier, photos and videos from their mehendi ceremony also went viral. Ira could be seen smiling as she got mehendi applied to both her hands. She looked radiant in a white lehenga with pink-tinted sunglasses and her hair tied in a plait. Meanwhile, Nupur looked dapper as he posed behind Ira in a pink shirt with a brown vest. The ceremony took place at Taj Aravali Resort and Spa in Udaipur.

The festivities in Udaipur will span four days. The sangeet ceremony will take place tomorrow and the grand traditional vow exchange ceremony is set for January 10. On January 7, Ira Khan gave a sneak peek into her upcoming wedding celebrations by sharing an image of her wedding invitation on Instagram. According to the itinerary, a special hi-tea was planned for the evening, followed by a welcome dinner later that night. It is anticipated that around 250 individuals will partake in the festivities, concluding with the final celebrations on January 10.

Regarding Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare’s registered wedding, they tied the knot on January 3, with notable figures like Aamir Khan, Reena Dutta, Kiran Rao, Azad Rao Khan, Junaid Khan, Imran Khan, Zayn Marie, and others in attendance. Friends of the couple, such as Mithila Palkar and Prajakta Koli, also participated in the wedding celebration.
