The internet has found the doppelganger of Bollywood veteran Anil Kapoor, who according to popular belief, is ageing like a fine wine. Now, the internet is amused with the uncanny similarity between Ram Lakhan fame and an Instagram user namely John Effer, who is a bodybuilder and a diet coach by profession. The Instagram user constantly uploads videos and photos of his workout and weightlifting sessions, which has garnered him a social media following of over 87 thousand people on the photo-sharing application. Just two days ago, Effer shared an edited photo of himself alongside Anil Kapoor, leaving netizens amazed.
On one side of the photo, Effer can be seen flaunting his muscular physique in a mirror selfie, on the other side is a younger photo of the Bollywood star. While sharing the edited picture, the bodybuilder jokingly said that he is waiting for a Bollywood call. It was the Instagram user’s dad who informed him about the actor’s greatness. While captioning the picture, John Effer wrote, “I’m waiting on that Bollywood call tbh. Where is it at?? Anil Kapoor. Kid’s a great actor – my dad says so."

Impressed by the uncanny similarity, a barrage of cinemagoers flooded the comment section of John Effer. While one brilliantly merged their name and called the user, “Johnil Kapoor," another joked, “You gotta be a player and learn to say 1 2 ka 4, 4 2 ka 1." A netizen said, “You’ll be in Bollywood in no time," one more called him, “Swole version of anil hahaha." The post that’s doing the rounds on social media has garnered over 57 thousand likes on the photo-sharing application.
On the professional front, Anil Kapoor last starred alongside Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani in the romantic-comedy flick, JugJugg Jeeyo. As per a report by Mid Day, the Bollywood veteran will join Ranbir Kapoor in the second shooting schedule of Animal, which will seemingly begin in the first half of October. Apart from Animal, Anil Kapoor also has Fighter and No Entry Mein Entry in the pipeline.
