Belonging to the legendary Rajkumar film family, Yuva Rajkumar made his debut in Kannada cinema with the film Yuva, which hit theatres this Friday. Tollywood superstar and a close friend of the Rajkumar family, Nagarjuna Akkineni, has extended his wishes on the film’s release. The film has received an overwhelming response from the audience, indicating a promising start at the box office. As the film continues to garner praise, Nagarjuna Akkineni’s complimentary remarks in a new video are now going viral on social media.
Sharing the video on his official Facebook handle, Nagarjuna spoke in Telugu, showering praises on the film. He also fondly remembered the Kannada cinema legend, Dr. Rajkumar. Concluding the video, he wished Yuva Rajkumar a fantastic career ahead, saying, “Yuva Rajkumar, I wish you a fantastic career ahead and god bless you."

Yuva is an action drama film directed by Santhosh Ananddram, who has also penned the story. Starring Yuva Rajkumar and Sapthami Gowda as the protagonists, the film features Achyuth Kumar, Sudharani, Gopal Krishna Deshpande, Hitha Chandrashekar and others in supporting roles. Produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner of Hombale Films, the movie boasts music by B Ajaneesh Loknath, with cinematography by Shreesha Kuduvalli and editing by Ashish Kusugolli.
According to reports by Sacnilk, Yuva amassed approximately Rs 4.5 crore at the box office on its opening day. Released in over 350 theatres across Karnataka, the film has garnered a total collection of Rs 6 crore so far.
