Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri, and Ammy Virk will be soon seen in the romantic comedy-drama Bad Newz. The film announcement was made in March and now the Sam Bahadur actor has shared a video announcing that the trailer will be released soon. The film titled Bad Newz is all set to hit the theatres on 19th July.
Taking to his Instagram handle, Vicky Kaushal shared a video in which he is seen falling on the sofa and saying, ‘Mere pass ek good news hai Bad Newz trailer aa raha hai.” Triptii Dimri also shared the video with the same announcement. Fans were also quick enough to react. One of the fans wrote, “AND the good news is that bad newz is coming!!.” Sunny Kaushal and Sharvaru Wagh also reacted.

Last year, several photos of Vicky Kaushal and Triptii Dimri went viral when they were shooting in Croatia. In the pictures, Vicky Kaushal was seen holding Triptii close as they shoot for the song. In one of the photos, the actor was also seen lifting the Animal star in his arms. The upcoming entertainer is being helmed by Bandish Bandits fame director Anand Tiwari.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Triptii Dimri is currently enjoying the success of Animal. Released in December 2023, the film also starred Ranbir Kapoor in the lead. Triptii’s chemistry with Ranbir in the movie was widely loved by all. Apart from Bad Newz, she will also be seen in Kartik Aaryan’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.
Vicky Kaushal on the other hand was last seen in Sam Bahadur. Apart from Bad Newz, he will also be seen in Chhava. The film is reported to be a period drama, where Kaushal will share the screen with Rashmika Mandanna. The film is expected to delve into Sambhaji Maharaj’s bravery, sacrifice, and wartime strategies while incorporating an emotional love story between him and his wife.
Triptii Dimri will be seen in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 with Kartik Aaryan. The film is releasing on Diwali. She also has film with Rajkummar Rao titled Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video. Directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa, the retro drama will be releasing on 11 October 2024.
