'Proud Of You': Sanvi Sudeep On Kiccha Sudeep's Departure From Bigg Boss Kannada

Kiccha Sudeep recently shared jolting news which has left his fans heartbroken. The actor has confirmed that he will be leaving the Bigg Boss Kannada franchise after the conclusion of Bigg Boss Kannada’s season 11. He revealed that it would be his last show as the host. He stated that it was time for him to move on from the show. This took the internet by storm and left his fans emotional. Now, his daughter, Sanvi Sudeep, has reacted to the news.

In an emotional post, Kiccha Sudeep expressed his gratitude to his fans and the audience and thanked everyone for their unconditional love and support. He also credited the success of Bigg Boss Kannada 11 to the viewers since it set a stellar rating of 9.9. Sanvi shared a post on social media about her father’s decision to bid farewell to Bigg Boss.

She wrote, “Extremely proud of your journey, Appa. No one can do it like you! You will be missed terribly on stage, but I’m so happy to have seen your journey on Bigg Boss. The amount of work you have put into BB will always remain unmatched, and I am proud of you for all that you have contributed to the show so far."

Kiccha Sudeep has been one of the constants in the Bigg Boss Kannada show, when every year the contestants changed, it was he as the host that drew the audience to watch the show. The audience eagerly waited for the weekend for Kiccha Panchayat where he would reprimand a contestant or praise another with a certain flair that became a fan favourite.

Meanwhile, the actor also tweeted about his farewell from the show. He wrote, “Thank you all for the great response shown towards #BBK11. The TVR (number) speaks volumes about the love you all have shown towards the show and me. It’s been a great 10+1 years of travel together, and it’s time for me to move on with what I need to do. This will be my last season as a host for BBK, and I truly believe that my decision will be respected by Colors and all those who have followed BB all these years. Let’s make this season the best, and I, too, shall entertain you all to my best. Love and hugs. Thank you all for this."

Amid this, there are a lot of discussions regarding the contract the actor must have signed for the reality show. Reportedly, he had initially signed a five-season contract. He was reportedly being paid Rs 20 crore for hosting those seasons.
