Many films make headlines for their star cast, leaked dialogues and stills, even before release. These things often generate excitement among fans and followers. It is hard to predict whether the leaks are authentic or fan-made, until the film is released. The film in question is Devara. Many things related to the shooting of this film have already gone viral on social media. The makers are now taking extra precaution to safeguard the shoot – fewer crew members, a ban on phones during filming, and encryption of all footage before editing.
“A crucial dialogue from the movie leaked recently. This has prompted the team to significantly enhance security measures on set. Our top priority is to ensure the project’s safety and confidentiality,” a source close to the development shared with Mid-Day.
The source added, “We are committed to delivering a cinematic experience that our audience can enjoy without any spoilers. The number of unit members on set has been reduced to the bare minimum, and the footage is encrypted and sent to editing.”
Reportedly, a dance featuring Jr. NTR and Janhvi Kapoor will be filmed on a special set in Shamshabad on Tuesday. “Due to the recent leak, this song will be shot in a closed-door setup,” confirmed the source. “Additionally, a strict no-phone policy will be enforced on set during the filming days.”
The action thriller film is getting ready to release on September 27. Written and directed by Koratala Siva, the film stars Jr NTR, Saif Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Shruti Marathe, Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko and Narain. The film is produced by Sudhakar Mikkilineni and Kosaraju Harikrishna under the banners Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts. It was officially announced in April 2021 under the tentative title NTR 30.
Anirudh Ravichander is composing the music for this film, while the cinematography is by R Rathnavelu. Bollywood actors Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan are making their Telugu debut with this film. Khan and Janhvi joined the sets in April last year. Devara: Part 1 is the first part of a two-part film.
