KD-The Devil, pan-India Kannada film starring Dhurva Sarja, Reeshma Nanaiah, Sanjay Dutt, Shilpa Shetty Kundra and Jisshu Sengupta, is all set to hit the theatres in December 2024. Raising the fans’ excitement, the makers recently dropped a behind-the-scenes video from the sets of KD-The Devil and announced that the songs of the film will be unveiled soon. The clip depicted director Prem talking to his team members, sitting on what seems like a lawn area. He later introduced them to his fans and followers. Sharing the video on Instagram, Premwrote in the caption, “Happy Varamahalakshmi from KD boys to all the people of the country.. my #kD team #premadda. #kdthedevil #kd songs will coming soon #KD all set to conquer worldwide theatres this 2024..love u all.”
As soon as the filmmaker shared the video, the comment section was flooded with reactions from fans. An Instagram user wrote, “Mass hero DBoss Dhruva Anna.” Another user commented, “Waiting for KD.” One user wrote, “King of sandalwood DS Boss.”
Recently, on Sanjay Dutt’s birthday, the makers of KD-The Devil unveiled the actor’s first look poster from the film. Sharing the poster on Instagram, the Munnai Bhai MBBS actor wrote in the caption, “The Lord of Devil’s Democracy, Dhak Deva, steps into #KD’s Vintage Battlefield, bringing a storm of intensity.”
Talking about KD- The Devil, Sanjay Dutt earlier said in an interview, “I am excited to be a part of KD- The Devil. I loved the way Prem Sir had envisioned the world in which the film is set. It’s a period actioner and a pan-India film. I thoroughly enjoyed being part of a team that had some of the best minds in the industry collaborating for this project.”
The film also stars Nora Fatehi, V Ravichandran and Ramesh Aravind in pivotal roles. The Pan-India multilingual will hit the theatres in Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi languages.
Dhurva Sarja is currently gearing up for the release of his next action thriller film Martin, which is slated to hit the big screens on October 11. Directed by AP Arjun, Martin will be released in 13 languages including Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Russian and Arabic.
