Ingredients

  • Take 200 gms of ragi flour
  • 200 ml of ghee
  • Jaggery 200 gms
  • Use 50 grams of toasted sesame seeds and 50 grams of toasted peanuts
  • Take 50 grams of flax seeds
  • Green cardamom powder 10 grams
  • Fenne seeds 10 grams

Preparation

  1. Take a pan, dry roast the ragi flour on a medium flame for 5 minutes and keep stirring the flour to avoid burning.
  2. Take another pan and heat the ghee on a medium flame. Once hot, add all your nuts and seeds, and saute for a few minutes until it turns golden brown
  3. Add the jaggery to the pan with nuts and seeds and stir it until the jaggery is melted and well combined.
  4. Then add roasted ragi flour and cardamon powder to the pan
  5. Let the mixture cool down, once it is cooled take a small portion and start making the laddoos.
  6. Once made, garnish it with coconut powder.
  7. Enjoy your laddo with a glass of milk or eat it like that only.
