Talent search from December 12

BHUBANESWAR: The final round of the Young Astronomer Talent Search (YATS), 2011, is all set to be held on December 12 and 13, with more than 1,000 participants from across the State. Hosted by Tata Steel in collaboration with Pathani Samanta Planetarium, the theme for this year’s event is “My dream spacecraft.” The contestants are required to develop models related to the theme. The  20 best models would be awarded at YATS-11, on the eve of the 176th birth anniversary of Mahamahopadhyay Chandrasekhar Singhsamant Harichandan Mahapatra, popularly known as Pathani Samanta, on December 13.
