New Delhi: 'Satyamev Jayate' is definitely high on emotional quotient. Though the second episode was not as emotional as the first one, still it managed to fetch tears from the viewers. However, the second episode was not just a tear jerker as it also brought smiles on faces, and Aamir Khan is not the only one person to be given credit for this.
Film actor Sridevi graced the show with her presence as a noble gesture to the cause of child abuse. She was invited to the show to make one of participant Harish Aiyer happy. Aiyer was featured as one of the victims of child sexual abuse.
In a very interesting conversation with the host Aamir Khan, Harish Aiyer shared the stories of his troubled past and said that it was his dog and Bollywood that helped him in getting out of the trauma. He said that Sridevi was her favourite actor.
The makers of 'Satyamev Jayate' arranged for Sridevi to come on the show. The effect of her persona was quite visible on Harish who looked happy after meeting her favourite star. She was seen talking to Harish Aiyer during the closing song by Ram Sampath.
