Kochi: Private bus operators in Kerala on Thursday threatened to go on indefinite strike from January 29 if their demand for raising bus fares was not favourably considered by the government.

Transport Minister, Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan has called for a meeting of bus operators on January 27 and if no favourable decision was taken, the confederation will go ahead with the strike, confederation sources said.
