A police officer from Himachal Pradesh on Monday received a death threat on facebook for reciting a patriotic poem that warned Pakistan against any 'misadventure'.

The poem was recited by the Himachal Pradesh head constable Manoj Thakur who is currently posted in Kinnaur in Himachal Pradesh.

"Yes, I have received death threats from Pakistan and Dubai and I am not afraid of any threat. I have informed my superior about it" said the brave officer.

The video was posted on Kargil Day on July 26 but went viral on social media after the militant attack on an army camp at Uri in Jammu and Kashmir on September 18.

The key line of the poem said "Kashmir will survive but Pakistan will not".

The 130-second video that sends a stark warning to Pakistan was shot on a bus carrying police personnel.

The poem allegedly said that any "misadventure" would "wipe Pakistan out of the world map".

The poem alludes to Pakistan's defeats at the hands of the Indian army in 1965, 1971 and 1999.
