New Delhi: The Special CBI court on Tuesday reserved its decision on CBI closure report in Aarushi-Hemraj murder case for Wednesday.
The CBI stood by its closure report in the court stating that it done a fair investigation and submitted to the court whatever evidence it found.
The agency maintained that the servants were not involved and there was nobody else in the house apart from the parents.
The CBI told the court that more investigations into the case will not serve any purpose and the case should be closed.
The Talwars' insisted that they are being unfairly targetted and the CBI is not looking for the real culprits.
This was the first hearing since Aarushi's father was attacked outside the court in Ghaziabad.
The Talwars were not present in the court for the hearing.
