New Delhi: Politicians complaining about the demonetisation of the Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 currency notes are exposing themselves, Union Finance Minister told News18 in an exclusive interview on Thursday.

“People are willing to suffer a little inconvenience for a better future. Politicians complaining are exposing themselves," he said.
Jaitley said the RBI's original suggestion was to bring in currency notes for Rs 5,000 and Rs 10,000.
