Gowda assures assistance to CBI in Reddy case

BANGALORE: Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda said the state government would provide all assistance to the CBI in its probe into the affairs of former minister Janardhana Reddy-owned Associated Mining Company (AMC).Gowda to reporters here on Saturday that he would accept the decision of the Supreme Court. Asked about the irregularities of AMC, Gowda refused to comment stating that the matter was pending before the Supreme Court. He also refrained from commenting on charges against minister C P Yogeshwar, whose firm Megacity has been accused of duping investors.
