The official CBSE website, http://cbseresults.nic.in/, powered by the national informatics centre, will put the results up but increased traffic may lead to its unavailability. In that case, students can visit http://cbseresults2012.co.in/.
Another website, http://cbse.examresults.net/, has a service by which you can get your results via e-mail once you are registered on the portal.
http://www.cbseresults2012.com/ and http://results.classontheweb.com/ are some other websites students can log on to.
http://www.cbseguess.com/results/ is yet another destination that students can log on to.
