London: The father and the brother of Harry Potter actress Afshan Azaad have been allegedly charged of threatening to kill the young star.
They will appear in court later this month in England.
Abdul Azad, and his son Ashraf, are accused of attacking the actress earlier this month because of her alleged relationship with a Hindu man.
22-year-old Afshan Azad, has appeared in four Harry Potter films as Padma Patil, a classmate of the boy wizard and twin sister of Parvati Patil.
The father and the son have been released on a conditional bail for now.
