CHENNAI: Retired Army officer K Ramaraj, who had been arrested in connection with the alleged shooting down of Dilson, has moved the Madras High Court seeking bail.His earlier bail application was dismissed by the Principal Sessions Judge last week.In his present application, Ramaraj submitted that he was innocent and the police had foisted a case against him.
