BANGALORE: State JD(S) chief H D Kumaraswamy has accused the Congress of having a clandestine deal with the BJP which was evident from the former's reluctance to initiate action against the B S Yeddyurappaled state government.
"Congress is afraid of JD(S)' revival of the JD (S) following the removal of Yeddyurappa. That is why the Congressled UPA has no guts to remove the government, despite corruption being rampant," Kumaraswamy said, in an exclusive chat with Express here on Friday before leaving for Delhi. Kumaraswamy said the BJP is made up of erstwhile Janata Pariwar leaders, who migrated to the saffron camp and since the present CM is the mainstay of the government, his removal will result in the collapse of the firstever BJP government in south India.
