Civil Supplies Corporation for strict action

KOCHI: The civil supplies authorities in the district have promised that they would take stringent action against erring gas distribution agencies.  The authorities have redressed most of the complaints registered by LPG consumers that the City Express brought to their attention.While they took action against the distributors who failed to provide LPG to the consumers, they have handed over the complaints regarding the functioning of Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) to the officials of oil companies. On the complaint filed by K G Nair of Indu Vihar, Palarivattom, in which the distribution agency delayed the supply,  District Supply Officer (DSO) M P Chandrakumar has ordered a probe by the Ernakulam City Rationing Officer (CRO) It was to streamline the LPG distribution that the 'City Express' started the initiative to redress the complaints.
