New Delhi: Like Mother, Like daughter. This past week saw troubled celebrity Britney Spears and her mother Lynne Spears tell all on national television, but on different television stations.
While Britney spoke to MTV, Mother Spears spoke to host Mike Jerrick on America's nationally syndicated programme, The Morning Show with Mike and Juliet.
Speaking about Britney’s stint at the rehab, Lynne Spears said, “I think it put a band-aid on the problem.”
When questioned about Britney’s first music video, Lynne said, “Yeah, yeah. The belly shirt was too much, especially for the dance moves, especially for the age.”
“I do like Kevin. I mean he's been good to us. He's included Jamie and I. Kevin could have been a real pill about a lot of things. But he wasn't. He worked with us and I think he's tried to make everything good for the boys. He's thought about the boys throughout all this,” she added.
Meanwhile, the show Britney: For the Record will air on MTV on November 30 — two days before the release of her new album Circus.
“I sit there and I look back and I'm like — I'm a smart person. What the hell was I thinking?” Britney said talking about her new show.
