New Delhi: After a bad patch of alcohol addiction and going back and forth from rehab, pop star Britney Spears is finally back to what she does best: singing.
To help put her sagging career into gear, Britney is reportedly set to sing a duet with ex-flame Justin Timberlake.
After her recent month long rehab stint at the Promises rehab clinic in Malibu, she will accompany Timberlake and producer Timbaland for the recording of the modified version of Motown classic You're All I Need To Get By.
Timberlake and Britney had been a couple for four years and is now being supportive of his ex-flame and feels the song will make Britney put her career back on track.
He has apparently kept in touch with her while she was in rehab and sent her consoling letters. "Britney was extremely touched that Justin had been in contact. Going into the studio is Justin's way of helping her to get better,” the Sunday Mirror quoted a source, as saying.
Ever since Britney and her ex-hubby Kevin Federline split, she has been indulging in wild booze parties, shaved off her head and got tattooed.
The singer also hopped in and out of rehab before seeking help for a third time when Federline threatened to take away their sons if she didn’t get professional help.
Early this month, staff at the Promises clinic had been put on a ‘suicide watch’, after the singer reportedly tried to hang herself with a bed sheet. So maybe a song with Timberlake could put her back in the game.
