New Delhi: After Bombay became Mumbai, Madras was rechristened Chennai and Calcutta was renamed Kolkata, it's now the turn of Bangalore to become Bengaluru.
The question here is, can the state government change the names of other major cities in the state?
If they can, then other states are in danger of losing their identity.
