KOCHI: The 17th Arpana Vijayam Awards were given away by the Kerala Kathakali Centre.The time around the scope of the award was extended beyond artistes to social workers.The Kathakali Acharya award was given to FACT Padmanabahan, RLV Raghunath and RLV Pramod.Vinod D Mallya received the award in the Mridangam category.In the social work category, Palluruthy Sub-Inspector S Rajesh received the award.G K Siyad Basheer and M S Judson were given an award under the same category.
