Reporting an Issue with a Driver or Trip
Open Uber on your iPhone or iPad. It's the black icon with a white circle containing a smaller black square. You'll usually find it on the home screen. Use this method if your driver acted inappropriately, showed up in the wrong vehicle, or didn't match their profile photo.
Tap the ≡. It's at the top-left corner of the screen.
Tap Help. Details about your most recent trip will appear.
Tap Report an issue with this trip. A list of options will appear.
Select the option that best describes your issue.
Fill out the form. Include all details an Uber support representative may need to make a decision on the matter.
Tap SUBMIT. It's at the bottom of the form. This submits your complaint to Uber.
Reporting an Incorrect Fee
Open Uber on your iPhone or iPad. It's the black icon with a white circle containing a smaller black square. You'll usually find it on the home screen. Use this method if you were charged a cancellation fee inappropriately.
Tap the ≡. It's at the top-left corner of the screen.
Tap Help. Details about your most recent trip will appear.
Tap Account and Payment Options. It's near the top of the ″Additional topics″ menu.
Tap I have an unknown charge. It's near the middle of the menu.
Fill out the form. Include all relevant information so that Uber support is able to act quickly.
Tap SUBMIT. It's at the bottom of the form. This submits your complaint to Uber.
Reporting an Accident
Open Uber on your iPhone or iPad. It's the black icon with a white circle containing a smaller black square. You'll usually find it on the home screen.

Tap Help. Details about your most recent trip will appear.
Tap More. It's near the bottom of the ″Additional topics″ section.
Tap Legal, privacy, and other inquiries. It's the first option.
Tap Report a serious incident involving a driver or vehicle.
Fill out the form. Enter the date, time, location, and details about the accident into the provided blanks.
Tap SUBMIT. It's at the bottom of the form. This submits your complaint to Uber.
Reporting an Accessibility Issue
Open Uber on your iPhone or iPad. It's the black icon with a white circle containing a smaller black square. You'll usually find it on the home screen. Use this method if your Uber driver did not properly accept your service animal or provide accommodations for your disability.
Tap the ≡. It's at the top-left corner of the screen.
Tap Help. Details about your most recent trip will appear.
Tap Accessibility. It's at the bottom of the first section.
Select an issue to report. Tap I want to report a wheelchair or assistive device issue if your driver was unwilling to accommodate your assistive device. Tap My driver made inappropriate comments about my service animal if you had an issue bringing your service animal on your trip.
Fill out the form. Enter as many details as possible.
Tap SUBMIT. It's at the bottom of the form. This submits your complaint to Uber.
