Fabletics doesn’t charge a fee when you cancel your VIP membership. You may be wondering, how does Fabletics work? Will canceling be a huge hassle? Nope! Not only is the cancellation process super simple, but you also won’t lose out on unused Member Credits—just remember that they’ll expire 12 months after purchase.
End your membership online.
End your Fabletics membership from your Account Page. First, enter your account’s username and password. Once you’re in, click your profile icon up in the right corner of the page. From here, you’ll choose the “Cancel” option. You’re in the clear! Fabletics might prompt you with questions about your choice to leave. Don’t worry, this won’t affect your cancellation.
Call Fabletics.
Reach a Fabletics team member at 1-844-322-5384 to cancel. This line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Before you call, have your account’s phone number and login credentials on deck. They may ask you for this information to confirm that you’re the true owner of the account.
Talk in the live chat.
Message a team member for help with your cancellation. Navigate to the “Help & Contact” section of the Fabletics site to reach a screen with multiple option panels. Under these, you’ll notice a message in small lettering, “Still can't find what you're looking for? Contact Us.” Click “Contact Us.” Choose “Live Chat.” Fill in your information. Click “Start Chat.” Ask the Fabletics team member to help you cancel your account.
Talk to a representative on Facebook messenger.
Ask to cancel your account over social messaging. From the contact page, select "Membership." Then, choose the "Facebook Messenger" option. Then, log in to your Facebook account and be put in touch with a rep. Team members are available to help 24/7. Explain that you're looking to cancel your account, and a team member will complete the process for you.
Cancel your membership by email.
Email [email protected] to cancel your Fabletics account. Write that you want to cancel your VIP membership in the email's subject line and in the text. Then, be sure to include your subscription details and personal information—that way, the rep can cancel your account immediately. Ask for a cancelation confirmation email so you have proof that your request was completed.
Skip a month of Fabletics as an alternative.
If you're not sure you want to cancel, opt out of your monthly fee. Wait until the 1st-5th of the month. On these days, your account online will have a new option window that says, “Skip This Month.” Click this and follow their prompts This will allow you to successfully avoid your monthly fee. Keep in mind that while you're taking a break from Fabletics, you won't have access to the same membership perks. This is an option every month on your account.
