As per the latest reports, Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission is likely to announce the TNPSC Group 4 Result 2024 this week, however, the exact date and time for results is yet to be declared by the commission.

TNPSC Group 4 Result 2024: Steps To Check And Download Scorecard

Once released, candidates can check their TNPSC Group IV Result 2024 following the simple steps given below

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission at tnpsc.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the “Results” tab and select the link that reads “Recruitment of Group IV Services 2024.”

Step 3: Download the TNPSC Group 4 Result PDF and check for your roll number

Step 4: Save the file for future references

TNPSC Group IV exam was conducted on June 9, 2024, to fill 6,244 vacancies. The exam was conducted in OMR-based format at multiple centres across Tamil Nadu.

Through the TNPSC Group 4 examination, the commission aims at filling several posts including Village Administrative Officer (VAO), Junior Assistant (Non-Security) and Junior Assistant (Security).

TNPSC Group 4 Exam 2024: Paper Pattern

The TNPSC Group 4 exam was conducted over a 3-hour duration and consisted of 200 questions. The minimum qualifying score is 90 marks, with a maximum possible score of 300 marks.

The TNPSC Group 4 exam paper was divided into two sections – part A or Tamil Eligibility-cum Scoring Test, has 100 questions for 150 marks, and Part B – General Studies (75 questions) and Aptitude and Mental Ability Test (25 questions) for 150 marks.

The answers to Part B will be evaluated only if a candidate secures the minimum qualifying marks of 40 per cent (60 Marks) in Part A.
